What Do Delayed Periods And Negative Pregnancy Result Suggest?

Hello Doc, we are planning for baby but my menstrual cycle is not regular..it is always delayed by 15-20 days sometimes 1 month. we are sexually active on regular basis, still not getting any positive results. I have gone through all relative tests also & all reports are normal. plz suggest a suitable way to have baby.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Usually when the periods are regular we advise to be sexually active in mid cycle time as ovulation occurs that time and chances of conceiving are maximum then.
But as your cycle is irregular it will be difficult to predict the ovulation time and hence advice.
I would like to advice you to consult a gynecologist who will be giving you hormonal meds which will regulate your cycles and ensure that ovulation will occur so as to be sure of pregnancy when you are trying for it.
