What Do Delayed Periods And Vaginal Spotting Indicate?

Hi,I'm 18 I started using nur isterate in September, the doctor told me to wait for 14 days before I could have sex but I did not, and we did not use protection.my periods were supposed to come 5days back but they haven't.on the 2st and 3rd of this month I had spotting and it was painful but I didn't consult because during April this year I was diagnosed with UTI so I thought maybe its uti but it has stopped now I feel nothing.
