What Do Delayed Periods, Brown Spotting And Negative HPT Result Suggest?

I am currently 8 days late. I ve taken a few home pregnancy tests and leave all come out negative. Around the 6th to the 7th day of my late period, I started spotting a little bit of blood and then it stopped and then again the next day after sexual intercourse. I had no flow but some brown discharge going back to some light bleeding led by light pink spotting.
