What Do Delayed Periods, Tender Breasts With Pain And White Vaginal Discharge Indicate?

Hello Doctor, My last menstrual period started on the 25th of August. I had unprotected sex with my partner a day after the last day of my period on the 30th. I took postinor 2 the next day 31st as prescribed. My next period ordinarily should commence on the 23rd of September but I am yet to see same. I cannot even remember having experienced my ovulation at all. On the 29th I begin to experience tender breasts and slight pains and whitish discharge also feel a bit ill. I really don t want to be pregnant at this time. Is it that the postinor 2 did not work or is my menstrual cycle just been delayed and the are just symptoms of hormonal change.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pregnancy being suspected then it need to be rule out with ultrasonography test because it can not be taken as granted because of this only it can not be taken as granted although it may not be conception, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
