What Do Diarrhea, Rashes Under Tongue With Sore Eye And Teeth Suggest?

For one month I have had a painful rash under the tongue, low grade fever, upset stomach and diarrhea. CT scan and x ray showed nothing. Pain and soreness of left eye and tenderness of left upper molar. Endodontist drilled into a pocket of infection. He said a smaller pocket remains. I am no better.Blood pressure spikes almost daily.

One month is a long time to suffer. You have painful rash under the tongue, fever, diarrhea and upset stomach.
These indicate that you are suffering from enterocolitis. In this condition the oral cavity shows changes of vitamin deficiency as the intestines can not absorb the essential nutrients and vitamins necessary for integrity of the mucosal linings.
I would suggest you the following:
Continue the treatment as per your Dentist's advise.
Consult a Gastroenterologist for clinical evaluation and colonoscopy and other tests as may be necessary.
Take a course of antibiotics, metronidazole, probiotics and Therapeutic Doses of Vitamin A and D to be continued in the form of Multivitamins.

Take an opinion of an ENT Surgeon also.
