What Do Dizziness And Lightheadedness Along With BP Of 151/102 Indicate?

My blood pressure is 151/102. I feel dizzy and lightheaded especially when i try to walk. My head is pounding. I can feel my heart pumping hard. I feel nauseous. And i took my blood pressure medication earlier today and doubled the dose, so i took 50mg Losartan, because i came home from work yesterday feeling like this with a blood pressure of 195/100.

Hi th anks for posting on hcm.
I recommend you to go to ER ad tour blood pressure is very high and is not controlled on your regular medications as it may affect your heart and there are also chances of hemorrhagic strike. Yoyr bp needs to be controlled get an ecg and ct scan done if symptoms continue to persisit and bp uncontrollable to be on safe side
