What Do Dry, Cracking, Itchy Rashes On Body Post Chemo Suggest?

My husband was diagnosed with Gioblastoma (GBM) of the brain in March 2014. They immediately performed surgery to remove the tumor. He went thru 6 weeks of chemo and radiation at the same time. He was a very healthy male, Age 50. He has been on chemo and anti seazure medicine for 10 months now and held up pretty good. About 2 months ago he developed a dry rash all over his body, blisters in his ears (that actually pus) and they won t go away. Cortizone cream did not help (and in fact I think made it worse!) His hands are so dry they are cracking and bleeding. The dry scaley rash is slightly better at times, but will not go away. He has been to 3 doctors, who all said it was some sort of dermological problem and have prescribed antibiotics and cortizone cream. He is at his wits end! Any suggestions? Kathy
