After the menses, get scan on 12th day of cycle to check for follicular size. If it size is greater than 2cm then chances of conceiving are good. One can get pregnancy with PCOs while in some individuals it can prevent pregnancy and in such case hormonal therapy is taken to clear the problem first. Hope this answers your question.
