What Do Elevated WBC Count And Blood In Stool Indicate?
my husband recently had blood work and a physical that showed he has a high white blood count, some form or anemia that impacts the hemoglobin in the red blood cells and blood in his stool. we are waiting for a colonoscopy but I wanted to see what could be causing that
Hi thanks for your query 1.elevated WBC count may be due increased bacterial infection in your blood. 2.blood in stools may be due to anal fissures, hemorrhoids or peptic ulcer. 3.anemia is caused due to bleeding in stools. 4.so its better to do a endoscopy and colonoscopy. thank you.
