Hello,

What are the units for T3 and T4? Is it free T3 or free T4? Decreased TSH with normal t3 or t4 may be due to subclinical hyperthyroidism. Decreased TSH may be due to graves disease or drugs or toxic nodule or multinodular goiter etcetera. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your doctor endocrinologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
