What Do Episodes Of Fever And Nausea Over Several Months Suggest?
I ve had about six separate incidents that start with fever, then chills, then muscle weakness, and then nausea. The symptoms occur over several hours and then dissipate to a general feeling of weakness. I haven t had an episode for several weeks. They were clustered over the course of several months.

Chronic malaria or chronic urinary tract infection does cause recurrent attack of fever and chills.
Go for investigations like,
Complete blood checking like TC, DC, MP, ESR,
Routine urine check up,
If require x-ray chest.
After all reports plan of treatment can be decided.
