What Do Extreme Fatigue And Falling Asleep Without Consciousness Suggest?

Hi, I have had significant fatigue, falling asleep and not even knowing it (driving, in the middle of paperwork, etc). I am 42 yo female, a DPT, healthy and not sure where this fatigue is coming from. I don t really feel tired but I am falling asleep. I sleep well at night and practice yoga regularly. This morning I noticed a small lump on the front of each hip (just below ASIS, moveable but not painful)...perhaps these are lymph nodes? I had blood work-up in April, all was normal; endoscopy showed gastritis (I was having issues of pain and nausea in my upper left and right abdomen). I went on a 2-week medical mission in Haiti in April and was medically cleared before I left. Thank you for any help!
