What Do Fat Globules In The Stool Mean?

Good afternoon Doc, what do es Fat globules mean? my son suffered from excessive bowel and his poops are watery as I have checked his stool consist of fat globules. What should i do? His Doctor gave him antibiotic for 7 days. I hope you can enlighten me with this. Thank you

they donot have any clinical significance except indigestion.give tab unienzyme.can also give tab omiprazol. avoid fast food and change his life style.
