What Do Fatigue And Painful Joints With Mild Swelling Suggest?

I have a positive ANA w/ reflux and a 2.5 AL RNP antibody. I can t get an appointment with a rheumatologist until late March 2016. My only symptoms are fatigue and joint pain with slight swelling. What could this mean? How serious could this be? Should I try another specialist to get seen sooner? Could this be a false positive? Could this be medication related?
