What Do Flat Pigmented Rashes On The Back Of The Knees Indicate?

Patient is 20 years old. Escitalopram (Lexapro) 10 mg daily for anxiety. In excellent health. Very active. Plays a lot of disc-golf. About two months ago he developed painless, non-pruritic, flat pigmented patches on the backs of his knees.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, non specific pigmentation changes could be possible cause, it may be due to sun, low in some vitamins, and in rare condition it could be due to fungal infection, anti fungal can be tried on tentative basis and best is Miconazole cream, apply this on affected part three times in day hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
