General Surgeon 's  Response
Since the mole is having discharge which smells, it would be infected. You would have to take antibiotics to resolve the infection. Moreover, since it has grown in size, it is best removed under local anesthesia and sent for a histopathological examination. You may please consult a general surgeon for the management.
