Hello,

There is a possibility of psoriasis or lichen planus or eczema or allergic dermatitis. Nothing to worry. It may be a simple problem. Until the examination of the lesions, it is not possible to say what it is. Please consult your dermatologist he will examine and treat your husband accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
