General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Frequency of urination with pain in the abdomen suggests irritation of the urinary bladder. The pain here is due to the distended bladder.
- This can follow long retention of urine, stretching t0e bladder to irritate or
- Infection may not be there at the beginning & that way also at least three readings at different times. More restrict excessive fluid intake. so with associated burning in urination. (needs medication).
-Fasting &posteal blood sugar to be tested and o assure normal blood sugar.( needs medicines if raised).
Over the counter, cystone pills can be taken twice a day. If no relief, you need to consult your doctor for a specific medication.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
