Hi, I am urinating very frequently it s very sore, sore even after I urinate for a while. Uncomfortable feeling, blood coming out when I urinate and on the tissue, my urine also smells very strong like TCP. I haven t used any contraception could it be implantation bleeding or miscarriage or is does it sound like a UTI? Thank you in advance

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
Yes,Frequent painful urination with blood in urine indicate bladder involvement. It can be due to infection or urinary stones. Implantation bleeding / miscarriage seems to be less likely. In early pregnancy, there is frequency but pain/blood in urine lacks.
You need investigations like urine analysis / culture & sensitivity test/ X ray to have exact diagnosis followed by specific treatment under guidance of a physician.
Thanks.
