Evening doctor I have bulky uterus that contains multiple fibroid nodules The largest is seen in the fundal region, measuring 9.2cm x 7.2cm The nodule in the anterior wall measures 3.5cm x 2.7cm. And the posterior wall fibroid measures 7.9cm x4.5cm.The endometrial shows normal echoes and measures 8.3mm The ovaries appear normal The pouch of Douglas is free The kidneys are normal No back pressure effect seen Conclusions:Multiples uterus fibroid - Fundal and intra-mural
