What Do Grey Bumps Around The Testicles Indicate?

Hi i need help identifying what these grey bumps near my ball sack are, I have three of them, they do not itch or irritate me but they seem to be getting bigger. They do not have any sort of puss in them but if i pick at them they will bleed. I m thinking they are genital warts as I have had a past with those, although my genital warts were on my shaft and weren t grey in color? They were skin colored. Very nervous

Oncologist 's  Response
Hello,

Black spots on your scrotum are usually caused by a condition called angiokeratoma of Fordyce. Angiokeratoma of Fordyce can also appear on the shaft of your penis and around your inner thighs. These spots usually aren't cause for concern, especially if you don't have any other symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Esmeralda Sera, Oncologist
