Hi I m 35 and just noticed some hard honey lumps and creases all over the top of my head. The ridges extent from the top of the forehead to the top back on either side of the mid line. Some hard boney growths appear below the ridges along the side of the skull (2 above the temples). These growths form ridges as wide as the tip of my finger and extend more down and forward. On the back left side they form a 1.5 diameter lump maybe a few millimeters high. These are hard and feel like bone not soft tissue. No other symptoms. These could have been there for a while or could be new. Never noticed them before. What could they be? None of these are very high, no more than a few mm and may be hard to see visually
