What Do Hard Zit Like Lumps Around The Scrotum With History Of Having HPV Suggest?

I was diagnosed with hpv a few week after i had a very itchy rash around my scrotum and thyes and about 2 weeks ago ive been getting lumps zit like on my scrotum they went away and went on my tighs i still have about 2 left and one got very hard and around the skin it looks like its tearing what can that be?? Thank you.

These bumps needs a physical examination by a physician as the diagnosis can be pimples, spermatocele, sebaceous cyst or testicular cancer. Kindly consult a physician personally for proper physical examination and diagnostic evaluation and treatment.
