What Do Headaches, Sweating And Painful Cramps Indicate?

Suffering from these symptoms: -     Rigor (mortis)- uncontrollable shaking/shivering -     Feeling of being cold but body temperature extremely hot -     Sweating -     Headache (from no sleep and emotional stress?) -     Hypoglycemia -     I try drinking a lot of water- but still feeling of UTI -     Kidney infection? -     Anemia? Iron deficiency? -     Toxoplasmosis? -     Plan B (1 pill) 5th eve? -     Parsley Tea 6th and 9th to try and help induce period - painful cramping -     Condom extracted the 5th. Urination test negative for preg. -     Abdominal muscles tight stiff -     Back achey
