What Do I Do To Improve My Lifestyle And Fitness Level When On Weed And Smoke?

Hi my name is craig I am 19 years old what would be a healthy life style for me at this age I smoke weed atleast once a day for about 5 years, I am on and off with exercising my weight is 70kgs and I am 1.8 meters tall. what should I be doing to improve my life style and fitness level so that I can improve in college. I also took a gap year last year because I had low points In order to enter into unversity therefore I had to work for a merchandise company were I got less skills and very little money for a great deal of hard work I also have 3 brothers.two in university and 1 unemployed they influance me in doing the best of the worst doc I have no way can you show me the way this life style is retarded. I m really sorry to bother you but I am in RSA and I don t have a cent for this transaction and this is the first I d ever ask for help so I plead with you to try and help me out thnk you. Your knowledge will really be useful

First and foremost is to give up smoking weed, that's the best thing you can do to improve your health.
Try to avoid junk food and go for health food with lots of fruits, vegetables and proteins. Avoid fried and starch food. Go for regular exercise daily for a minimum of 30 mins a day. Get at least 7 to 8 hours sleep at night.
Fix up your time to go to sleep and of waking up.
Make it a dream to be a success in studies, remember studies is the key to succeed, else you will end up spending your life doing low paid jobs
