What Do Increased Bowel Movements And Urination Post Treatment For Cancer Suggest?

My wife age 68 was diagnosed with Stage III C Ovarian Cancer 5 years ago. She has had two surgeries, radiation and three courses of chemo as her cancer has recurred twice. She is currently in remission for 14 months but for the past two days she has experienced increased urination and bowel movements, urge to vomit although there is nothing to vomit. She does not have a fever; however, she has not appetite and is highly fatigued. Should I be contacting her oncologist or a internal medicine doc?
