What Do Itching And Swelling In The Forearm Indicate?

A few hours ago I noticed a minor swelling with slight itchiness on the underside of my forearm. It feels almost like a mosquito bite, but it s about 8 inches long and 3 - 4 inches across. There is no indication of a bite, or of any injury. Any ideas of what it is, or what I can do?

it is allergic inflamatory lesion. local examination by doctor is requered it can be folliculitis. after diagnosis for proper treatment can be advised.
