Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You need to consult your doctor for assessment as treatment depends on the organism causing the symptoms. Your doctor would suggest the following:-
1- History taking regarding the type of discharge and any associated symptoms.
2- Vaginal discharge culture.
3- Avoid wearing tight clothes.
4- Avoid using soaps and other chemicals that result in inflammation and itching.
5- Corticosteroid creams for itching.
6- Antibiotics or antifungal according to the organism.
I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions. Take care.
