What Do Itchy And Painful Bumps On The Forehead Indicate?
I have two circular patches of small bumps on the right side forehead; one close to the scalp and one above my eyebrow and they are painful and itchy, not weeping. My right eye is itchy and painful, not runny. I have a headache on the right side. I have a swollen little knot just in front of my right ear.

I really appreciate your concern, what the description of lesion being narrated here it could be a fungal infection and in my opinion it can be given try with Miconazole cream and for the pain Acetaminophen can be tried as per needed hope this information helps.
