What Do Itchy Bumps On The Arms And Legs Indicate?

I have a skin issue been bother me for a year it seems. I have picked up a habit of picking at what ever it may be, I don t do any drugs besides THC. they end up bothering me as a small pee size lump harder then skin but not a rock that I pick out of my skin but in pieces so cant say what it is or if it is anything at all. they leave either oval or circle shape perfectly and bleed heave for the first few min more then normal and will stop. not every day but maybe once a week I feel like something biting not painful but its a bite and several maybe 10+ and where ever I feel them mostly legs arm hands I notice a small pee size actually small 4 times small indention in my skin appear all in the same are and darker then my skin. recently I noticed I have a lot of pimples or what resembles it. if I pop them a white firm straight substance appears. would not say pus cause pus is way more liquidly and has a color to it what I am seeing is white doubt it could get any whiter. I also recently seen a small black what I thought was some short of bug on my skin which seemed like it was sucking my blood or digging its way into my skin. i could identify it as a bug but it did break up in two pieces one resembling a shell they other body. the color of what ever it may be was really black way darker then a dried up ball of blood. I tried to be detailed as possible. I have not seen anyone do to be being a procrastinator n busy working. a couple thing that come into mind that may have caused this is my diet terrible at drinking water . a buddy said possible scarves and someone else said he hear of a worm or parasite. really hope you can help out this is seriously driving me crazy getting in the way of every day life my relationship and just talking about it make me feel and sound crazy. please help don t want to go in and see one of you.. lol jk

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You might be having scabies. Scabies is a skin infestation caused by a mite. They reproduce on the surface of your skin and then burrow into it and lay eggs. This causes an itchy, red rash to form on the skin. You need to consult a dermatologist. Treatment for scabies usually involves getting rid of the infestation with prescription ointments, creams, and lotions that can be applied directly to the skin. Oral medications are also available. Your doctor will probably instruct you to apply the medicine at night when the mites are most active. You may need to treat all of your skin from the neck down. The medicine can be washed off the following morning. Make sure you follow your doctor’s instructions very carefully. You may need to repeat the topical treatment in 7 days. Some common medicines used to treat scabies include: (1) 5% Permethrin cream. (2) 25% Benzyl Benzoate lotion. (3) 10% sulfur ointment. (4) 10% Crotamiton cream. (5) 1% Lindane lotion. Your doctor may also prescribe additional medications to help relieve some of the bothersome symptoms associated with scabies. These medications include: (1) antihistamines, such as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Pramoxine lotion to help control the itching. (2) Antibiotics to kill any infections that develop as a result of constantly scratching your skin. (3) Steroid creams to relieve swelling and itching. More aggressive treatment may be needed for severe or widespread scabies. An oral tablet called Ivermectin (Stromectol) can be given to people who: (1) don’t see an improvement in symptoms after initial treatment, (2) have crusted scabies, (3) have scabies that covers most of the body
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr Sanjay Kini
