What Do Itchy Bumps On The Chest Indicate?

Hi, Yesterday, I noticed 3 reddened bump like areas on my front upper chest. They itched, and no other symptoms. by scratching, 2 became larger. Today,they stung occasionally, as to itch, but I didn t scratch. I was told it was a skin reaction to the weather changes. Never happened before

Skin changes are difficult to treat without seeing that, but really looks like an allergic response, this may have many causes, clothes or any other thing coming in contact. Generally, some topical steroids along with anti histamines are recommended. It would mostly settle very soon. Still if anything worries you, please talk to your doctor.
