What Do Itchy Rashes And Swelling Legs Indicate?
My husband has a rash that has come and gone since this last October. The rash didn t itch at first, but it does now. He has been to urgent care twice, and was given steroids, that did help, but it keeps coming back. Only one of his legs swells up and is hot (fever), but not the other leg. When he lays down, the swelling subsides. Once up, it starts to swell and gets hot. The urgent care said it was a rash, advised some lotion that he puts on every day. Not sure if its shingles or some sort of rash.

It is not Shingles. I think that is due to venous congestion and valve defect in veins which leads to venous stasis and swelling.
