For this you have to apply scaboma or calamine lotion over your whole body below neck in night after getting bath with warm water. Don t apply this lotion over the facial region and use whole bottle for single application at one point of time. Take tab levocetrizine twice daily or tab avil thrice daily after meals for severe itching with tab neurobion-forte or cap zevit once daily preferably in afternoon. You also have to take tab bandy-plus one tab stat at night and one after 7 days. There are also some other fungal or parasitic skin disorders in which groin lesions with itching is there.
