What Do Itchy Rashes On The Neck And Chest Indicate?

Hi, I have a rash on my neck and chest that is very itchy. I thought it may have been dry skin, but I keep it very moisturized. My chest has bumps and itches the most. I ve had it off and on for 9 months or so..I don t know what causes it, and It usually clears up in a week or so. This time it hasn t gone away and it has been 2-3 weeks. Any thoughts as to what it could

Hello,

If you send the picture of rash then it will be more helpful. It can be heat rash or allergy most likely. Using Ketoconazole powder will be helpful. Using aloe Vera gel is also good.
