What Do Itchy Rashes Spreading From The Leg To The Arms Indicate?

I have had a rash for over 3 weeks that started on the back of my legs, bascially going up my back tendon. It has since spread to my arms, particurly along my tendon as well and the back area running up from my elbow. It is itchy, bumpy, and turns to bloody spotches when i itch it. I also have some swelling in mylymph nodes in my neck and a mouth sore in the back long my gum line. Most is on my right side. No real fever, but loss of appetite. It does seem to be drying up some, but the sore in my mouth still hurts. Any ideas? By the way, I am unemployed. That is the symptom of a very crazy economy in New York, but I won t get into that now. I will keep on checking myself and start ingesting lots of ginger. Thanks
