What Do Itchy Rashes Under The Breast And Groin Area Indicate?

Hi I have got rash under my breast and groin area since six months been to doctors few times he thinks it s a fungal infection I have been prescribed terbinafine tablets for eight weeks. I have finished the course . Rash is still very itchy what could it be?

This might be tenia cruris which is indeed a fungal infection. If I was your treating physician i would have advised you topical terbinafine cream.
