I just had a surgical abortion one and a half weeks ago I’m done bleeding and I’m fine now and I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend and now I have small red bumps around my anus and they itch and sting a bit I’ve used itch cream and witch hazel and it brought down the swell a little and I’ve only used those for a day so far cuz that’s how long I’ve had this and I don’t know what it is my boyfriend and I were clean during the sex and we don’t have Genital warts or herpes please help what is this
you should know that you have risk of getting infected with sexual transmitted infection...most common infection is hsv2 and there may be bacterial infection others transmitted by sexual contact.......first thing to know is hsv2 affect genital organs and can be transmitted thraugh sexual or direct contact...
diagnosis of hsv2 mainly clinical and we do pcr test or viral culture when dignosis not confirmed clinical...
some times it is symptomatic and feeling of itching... ..some times you feel no symptoms..its presentation like bumbs in the affected area ...
my advice to refer to infectious diseas specialistto examine you and avoid any sexual contact untill recovery as it is highly infectious and there is possibility of having sexual transmitted disease
