What Do Itchy Red Spots On The Abdomen Indicate?

Hello, I have a rash, it started as a few red spots on my abdomen at hat are itchy and flaky and it has sense spread to my sides, back, neck, arms, thighs, and chest. When I itch it the rash seems to get worse and spread. The spots on my arms and thighs are spaced out while the ones on my abdomen, sides, and back are very close together and some are in a pair or group of three. Please help I m very concerned about my skin.

It looks like an allergic reaction.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Take oral antihistamines like cetirizine 10 my
-Use calmine lotion for local relief
