due to increasing pain and weakness in bilateral arms/hands, I had MRI of c spine. I was found to have a lesion in my spinal cord. After having MRI of Brain, there were 2, 2 mm lesions found in my left frontal lobe. They are questioning demyelinating disease or MS .... Am not clear about which it may be...

ms diagnosis is usually made on the basis of mri report and clinical findings and symptoms as pain in limbs or decresed vision or pain behind eye ..there are tests as aquaporin blood test ...if they are not sure for diagnosis please see some other radiologist or some neurologist ...usually short course of steroids is enough to arrest ms flare ups ...
