What Do Light Vaginal Spotting And Positive Pregnancy Test Results Indicate?

I want to ask that my last date of menus trial was 21st Oct 2016.... But I started a little bleed and I visit tha doctor... My blood report was positive on 26th Oct 2016 showing 126 beta hcg.... My doc get an ultrasound and didn t found any sac so she suggested me urine test... I visited her on 2nd Nov.. In hospital my urine test was negative so she gave me pills by saying that I have no pregnancy and I can eat these pills so my periods will get started but my periods won t started yet... Today on 6th Nov I had done both test and my pregnancy is positive in both (blood+urine) tests I have a little spotting problem can u guys guide me please what should I do?

Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

We have to rule out possible causes like threatened abortion also.
