What Do Low BP And Passing Of Blood Clots During Periods Indicate?
My daughter on her third day of period has passed blood clots. She has adnemyosdis and is on lovenox 2x per day because of her history of stroke. Her BP is now 96/70 and she called me from San Diego whether she needs to go to ER for transfusion. She had transfusion evewry time she has her period in the last three months. Please help me Dr.

Blood clots indicate profuse bleeding and it will be the cause for hypotension as well.
Consult a gynecologist at the earliest and get evaluated. Drugs like tranexa can be taken to control bleeding. Ultrasound abdomen is required.
