Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Its good to know that you are a Vegan. Before taking injections to increase your testosterone level you should go for screening tests to rule out any developing Cardiac problem. You can see another doctor for there are many medications (injections) to increase testosterone in men. In the meantime eat food that will help to boost testosterone. D-Aspartic acid, vitamin D, Fenugreek, olive oil, pomegranate, coconut, ginger, beans, nuts, fresh fruits and veggies. Avoid addictions of any kind, food cooked in the microwave and low carbohydrate meals.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care.
Regards,
Dr Nupur
