What Do Lower Back Pain And Abdominal Cramps Post Treatment For BV Mean?

Hey . I have been having lower back pains and bad cramping in my stomach like my period Is about to come. Yesterday when I would wipe after I pee it was light pink, today it is a brown color. I ve had trich a couple months ago and bv. Only one sex partner. What could be wrong? Also my man says he didn t sleep with no one but me and I ve only been with him. Also how could I have contracted the trichomasosis

The abdominal pain is not enough sign to suggest that you may be having trichomoniasis without having a discharge or smells. You may be having a cyst or are before periods and this can cause abdominal pain and spotting.
