What Do Lower Back Pain And Blood In Urine Indicate?

I m trying to figure out if I should go to the hospital or not. I got checked yesterday because of lower back pain on the right side, they found blood in my urine and took blood but no results yet. They said it s probably just a kidney stone,,, but my nails are yellow, my heart rate is 102, my temperature is 99.7, I have a headache, and I have really bad chills and soreness in my legs.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to urinary tract infection, stone in the urinary tract.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo urine routine, microscopic test, culture and sensitivity, USG scan to confirm the cause
Doctor will give following advises:
Antibiotic like ceftriaxone ant then according to culture report
Tablet spasmax
Syrup cital
Tablet actaminophan
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple
Stone treatment depend on the test result.
It may require hospitalization
