What Do Lower Backache, Tenderness Around The Hips And Inflammation In The Knees Indicate?
I have a lower back pain along with a pelvic tenderness and the pain/inflammation runs around my hip to the front upper thigh region. It is a stiffness and pain. I went to a gentle touch chiropractor and he gave me treatment for my back and the next day my right knee became inflamed and very sore. It is like I cannot bend down it hurts my knee or to raise it hurts my knee and my back. I am struggling with I can stand and feel better than when I am at rest. In the mornings it is much worse. I do not take medicine except for Rapatha for my cholesterol but have not had it for a month due to not being able to afford it or insurance cover it. I am wondering if I have something more severe than what the chiropractor may think.
It can be due to fibromyalgia or complex regional pain syndrome. As a first line of management you can take analgesics like Tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persist you can consult with a neurologist and get evaluated. Wishing you good health.
