Hello,

The causes of lump in right side of abdomen in a female could be hernia, ovarian cyst, lipoma, abscess, hematoma or dermatofibroma. If you are able to feel the lump, it means you need a detailed clinical examination and few tests for a specific diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Please consult a gynecologist but no need to panic. It's not any dangerous condition.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
