What Do Lumps In The Abdomen Indicate?

Hi, I am having a bunch of different things going on. I am 56 year old white male. Seeing floaters in eyes, having very painful prodtruding lumps in different areas of my stomach. I had a colon check about 7 years ago and had diverticulitis. Dr. said he more fiber. I'm having bad night sweats, I take nexium for bad heartburn because I have acid reflux. I'm thinking something is wrong with my immune system. Just had my throid checked but data was okay. What do you suggest?
