I am a 55 year old male over the past 5 year i have had sex with one woman a lot 3 or4 times a week for 2 to 3 hours at a time and for 4 to 5 hours a saturday and the same on sunday iv told u this and it was all done with out pills ,cream or pumps all me. Well for the past year i have had 6 different women all used condoms but betwee woman of 4 years and 6 after for the last year ther has been 2 knots that have grown in size but dont affect me in any way except for the fact i know they are there . The knots are a soft marble like and are located on th underside bottom base of shaft should i be concerend with this since they appear to be groing and multiplying and moving

Condoms can not protect you 100% from contacting sexually transmitted disease. You should be very concerned and I would suggest you go for check up and let the doctor see what exactly the small marble knots looks like and do tests like HIV tests too. I hope it helps. Thank you.
