Hello, i have a 15 year old daughter that lately has been showing signs of memory loss she forgets what she has to do, where she is at, and at times who she is she has headaches out of no where she forgets how to read and write she can no longer do math at times. What does she have?

early signs of dementia. give antioxidant and counseling by clinical psychologist. she should go for change of life style and lot-of socialization. family support and support from school and friends are important.
