What Do Missed Periods, Red Strings And Black Specs In Urine And Vomiting Suggest?

My girlfriend is 19 years old, and it s been like 4 months since she had her period, and she took a pregnancy test about 2 months ago. She got noticeably bigger but suddenly stopped about a month ago. She peed red strings a couple weeks ago and peed very often, so I thought she had a urinary infection. She stopped going so often but now when she pees, she says it hurts and she noticed little black specs in her pee. She s been throwing up a lot lately, and can t eat too much. She s getting a little warm as I type this.
